We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account Information

Phone number (via WhatsApp sign-in), display name, profile preferences, and any information you provide during onboarding such as your interests and preferred areas in Bali.

Activity Data

Events you view, save, or attend; venues you follow; guest list sign-ups; ticket purchases; search queries; and content preferences.

Location Data

Approximate area preference (e.g., Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu) that you select. We do not track your real-time GPS location.

Device & Analytics Data

Device type, screen resolution, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and referral source. This data is collected anonymously via our self-hosted analytics system.

Payment Data

When you purchase tickets, payment is processed by Xendit. We receive a transaction reference and confirmation but do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or e-wallet credentials.

Publicly Available Venue & Event Data

We collect publicly available information about venues and events, including business names, addresses, hours, events, pricing, and images from public websites and social media. This relates to business entities, not individuals.
