Penny Lane is a hard rock/glam metal band from Newark, New Jersey, USA, that was formed in 1990. Not to be confused with Penny Lane (8) from Germany. Penny Lane started out in the early 90s in New Jersey. After being featured in the "Rock On the Rise" section of Metal Edge Magazine in 1992, they achieved cult status in the glam underground.
